yes i can share my notes

and

you ll study following headings from Guyton
1.cell physiology
2.Respiration
a)transport of oxygen
b)transport of CO2
c)respiratory pigments:HB and mayoglobin
3.Nerve impulse and its generation and propagation
4.Protein synthesis
5.Replication of DNA

I think mentioned topics would take 2 days rather than 2 years

Consult the book, Zoology by Miller and Harley
and a book of Zoology by Caravan Publishers for CSS and PMS exams.

Going through Guyton's Medical Physiology or Cell Biology by D' Robertes is too much. That's for degree exams, not for competitive exams like CSS.

Guyton for human physiology and D.robertes for cell and molecular biology are little lengthy,,although
D.robertes can be replaced with p.s.verma.which is written in relatively easy language.
.
miller harley for zoology is good one.
But mostly seniors do not recommend zoology in css due to it's typical terminology and contents, but nothing is difficult in front of a brave heart.
Good luck.

Competitative exams need greater efforts than degree exams.consult such a book which elaborates each n everythng.then it may be guyton or any other.
