Go for it. If one has little bit of background it is considered as an added advantage! Look for past papers

I refered all these books but majorly relied on foreign others.I used study the topics from all books and in the end made my own notes.Just
Buy Rathus's book.Feldman and Rathus;this combination is best.It really worked in my case.And for your info ban's book is cut copy paste from feldman.
To fetch good score you need to develop concepts and rote definitions and references for various topics which you've to quote in paper.

Rathus would redress your querries.Its loving.In the beggining of every topics,it provides a background and connotes examples from daily life.

Buy spencer A.Rathus...i prepared my own from the mentioned books.
