Criminology or International Law? Kindly guide me which subject should I opt for CE-18?

Also, which one of the two has comparatively lengthy syllabus and requires more cramming?

Both are scoring subject..criminology has cramming and bookish course..

I think either one is fine. Both subjects seem straightforward and simple.
