Default Law regarding dealing of Lunatics
Dear seniors Lawyers/Advocates AoA, I need your kind help please guide me.
There is a lunatic boy living in our colony here in Peshawar. With the passage of time he has grown up and is now an unending source of trouble for other children of the Colony. They have stopped going to colony ground due to the fear of that lunatic boy who at several occasions have injured many kids through different ways.
Now I want to know that is there any law available for dealing such peoples as the dwellers of the society are in a extreme state of trouble due to him.
kindly guide me please.
