I don't have much knowledge of these 3 subjects. Psychology is in last group and zoology and botany are both in same groups ( so you can only opt 1).
First thing you should do is check syllabus and past papers of these subjects, apart from that you should also view past results to have an idea of their scoring trend. Then if you are confident that you will score atleast 50-55 in these subjects, only than you should opt them.
For rest of subjects, I will recommend you few combinations. You could choose among them.
1. You will have to select either IR or Political Science, so see their syllabus and past papers to have an idea of which subject is better suited for you. You are bound to select one of them. ( For scoring trend of these subject: IR can give 130-140 if it is not targeted, otherwise you would be lucky if you manage to grab 70-80; Political Science give avg 110-120 marks, and is not targeted frequently)
2. Syllabus of IR is short as compared to Political Science, Ir may take 6-7 weeks whereas Political Science will take no less than 2-3 months.
3. For Combination:
IR+ US History ( covers good portion of it), I.Law/ Criminology
Political Science + Constitutional Law ( covers almost whole) , and Public Ad/ Gpp (20-30%)
4. Other advantages is that IR will cover you Current Affairs paper (whole) and some part of Pak Affairs paper, whereas Political Science will cover Pak Affairs ( 2-3 questions)
For the rest of subject
Us history used to be high scoring subject, its pre 1900 syllabus would take few weeks and post 1900 syllabus will be covered by I.R
Criminology is a high scoring subject.
Constitutional Law, an average scoring subject but its syllabus is completely overlapping with Pol Science.
One thing you should keep in mind while selecting optional subjects is that compulsory subjects don't give much score. So you will have to select those optional subjects which not only help you in reaching 600 mark, but also to give you an edge over others.
If you have bulk of low scoring subjects then you might be able to pass them but then either your aggregate would be less than 50% or your total score would not be good enough to help you secure any good post.

HOPE THAT HELPS!
