Post Legal Debate UK LAW: Parliament vs Prime Minister

With current scenario, Boris Johnson has suspended parliament by requesting Queen and it was challenged in Scotland court and is currently challenged in Uk's Court. Kindly shed light with relative sources on who is more powerful Prime minister or Parliament?

As modern prime ministers hold office by virtue of their ability to command the confidence of the House of Commons, they typically sit as a Member of Parliament and lead the largest Bailiff party or a coalition in the House of Commons
