Exclamation Shift of questions from USSR to Russian federation

Aoa everyone,

Hope you're all doing fine. There was this little issue that I was facing wrt to constitutional law. There has been a shift in the examiners approach from 2013 and onwards of asking questions from the Russian Federation whereas previously questions from this section were addressed to the old USSR. The book that I am currently studying from is "World Constitutions" by S.L. Kaeley but it includes information on the old USSR and not the new Russian Federation. Could someone kindly share a source from where I can comprehensively study the Russian Federation?

Thank you and Jazak'Allah in advance.
