Law of Contract(urgnt info required)

I need help regarding following topic, if any one could help me, i wd b gr8ful. Topic is:

"Wheather the law of contract(1872) is Exhausted or not".

Any info, or article wd be helpfl for me.

Contract Act 1872 is not Exhaustive

The Contract Act 1872 is not exhaustive. It contain the general guidelines regarding the various contracts and agreements entered into during day to day business and domestic transactions. Specific provisions regarding special type of contracts are provided in other statues/enactments. Sale of Goods Act and Partnership Act which were once part of Contract Act have now been enacted as seperate laws.
Hence my opinion is that Contract Act is not exhaustive.

If anybody has confirmed citation regarding the subject it will be helpful.

contract act is ez & simple

if u go through the book, BUSSINESS LAW by khalid mehmood cheema,u'l find it very easy.it makes the contract act "a halwa" 4 students.
