Default Constitutional Law MCQs and QUIZ

I thought since the notes would be coming little slow, I should provide the interested members with MCQs on what I have posted so far. They'll also help you in solving the CSS MCQs, so just don’t take them for time killing activity. They are as serious as the notes them selves. But do enjoy while solving them.

Since I have Posted Chapter#1 "the Constitution of USA" and only 3 parts of it so far, I am going to post MCQs from them. 1st read the notes than solve them.

Do not cheat, cause you would be cheating your selves and no one else.

Provide/Post your answer here cause at end of the week I'll give the correct answer and we'll give marks to see who did the best. It just a simple self assessment. Nothing competitive.

I'll expire the above MCQs on 26th March (Sunday) 2006. By that I mean I'll post the answers to the MCQs, unless people dont want me to ruin their (that is if they are having fun and want me to extend the date a bit).

On 26th I'll post question and answer quiz that my friend from USA has emailed me.

Salaam,

I got wrong: 5, 33, 47 without reading your notes yet.

I think you have incorrectly placed 'b' in the answersheet for MCQ # 26. I suppose it's 'a' - Richard Nixon.

Regards,

Salaam,

The test was easy.

But the reason behind getting three wrong, according to me is my obliviousness.

I did not come across them while I was studying the subject.
