1-world Constitution By Kaely Ranked best for CSS
2-V.D Mahajan Ranked better
3-Mazharulhaq ranked Good
4- book by Jahagir publisher, Book by Faridi publisher or book by ilmi are not good for competitive exam.

You can not find latest development in any book available in market.you had better see Wikipedia for latest development by keeping in mind the latest trend of paper.

for costitutional law dr sultan khan has wretten a verry comprehenssive book .
s.l kaely and sultan khan book are same but sultan khan book is very easy and it covers all the topics of political science paper 2 and all costitutional law .
