what is requirement of membership there? and did you find FPSC recommended books available there? and do they issue books? if yes, then how much in one time??

Well frankly speaking I started ti go to DHA library about 4 days back. I was able to find couple of recommended books related to US history and Criminology there.
For dha residents, only a copy of your ownership document two passport size pictures and 100 per month.
They only need a couple of passport size pictures a copy of your utility bill and 1000 as security and they charge 100 per month if you are not a dha resident.
Ill update you regarding the issuance of the book tomorrow :-)
