Default Law of Sea in the revised syllabus

The topic law of sea is not included in the revised course outlines, but FPSC has gone on to recommended "U.N. Convention on Law of the Sea, 1984" in suggested readings. Can anybody please confirm whether it is a part of the new syllabus or not. And seniors please point out if you have noticed any other changes in the revised syllabus. Thanks.

You should see the UN Convention on the Law of Seas (UNCLOS) as subset of the topic 'State Territorial Sovereignty".

You mean to say that the topic law of sea is not part of the revised syllabus?

Of course it is part of the current syllabus in that the UNCLOS has articles regarding states' territory and their jurisdiction and other. Only relevant articles from the UNCLOS should be referred to keeping in line with the topics in syllabus.
