Default Chapters to cover from SK Kapoor
I have bought I Law by SK Kapoor and it contains whooping 56 chapters. Do I have to cover all of them? If not, then can any senior guide me which chapters to be covered? I have no background of it so having difficulty in doing it on my own in accordance with the syllabus.

i will be giving you more detailed answer after exam but there is one bad news and one good news
bad news is that you hv to cover almost all the chapters
good news is that theres a lot of extra wording in that book. if you make your notes you can literally summarize most of chapters in 2 to 3 pages... e.g the sources chapter in my notes is only 4 pages

So buddy... The paper was real piece of cake... And I really think you should opt it... If you are starting now summarising s.k kapoor into your notes is not a big deal I did it in 15 days... You have a lot of time so you can take your time

Good.. i would start my preparatiin from next week.. just a little query though: I have read some people saying that book of SK Kapoor published by Mansoor publishers is a better one as it is in question answer formate and some are suggesting book by Agarwal. Thus I am completely baffled regarding which book to follow.

that i dont know because the book i have is published by Irfan Law book house and revised by advocate munir ahmed khokhar.... but i dont think that matters alot... u just need to have the latest edition. i bought this book last year but somehow it was so old that it said establishing ICC is a suggestion...so just be a little vigilant... rest is fine

i dont have any proble in sharing at all
but my notes are in hard copy form... and they have such small writing and one word for one sentence... so i dont think pictures would help you
