dear aspirants and seniors,
What are the restrictions over the freedom of the high seas? Name some of the restrictions??

in high seas state has freedom of navigation, overflight, fishing, scientific research etc. But all these freedoms shall be exercised by all states with due consideration for the interests of other states. For detail on this topic please refer to S.K Kapoor book pg 275,276.

Brother.. i know what you have mentioned. im just simply asking what are the 'RESTRICTIONS' over Freedom of the High seas. simply enumerate if u can construe..
