The correct answer is
(b) No treaty

because War may suspend the treaties but neither they are invalidated nor terminated and not it is mentioned in Law of Treaties or UN Charter. Moreover, violation of treaties doesn't mean termination of treaties as LoC has been violated a lot of time b/w Pakistan and India but it is not terminated or invalidated.

In addition to above, Indus Water Treaty 1960, Tashkant Pact etc are not effected by host of wars between Pakistan and India it is no doubt true that they are violated but as I quoted earlier violation doesn't amount to termination or invalidation.

2. The term “Opiniojuris” signifies:
(a) Just opinion
(b) The belief that a certain practice is obligatory as a matter of law
(c) Decision of publicists on law
(d) None of these

Shouldn't the answer be C?. Opinio Juris is the legal opinion of Jurists on the matter, its definitely not a belief that a certain practice should be obligatory. The only problem with C is the word 'decision', which isn't what opinio juris is, its not a decision, but an opinion by an author on law. But given the history of printing errors and typos in the exam, the safest bet should be C.
