Can anyone tell me when some countries recognized libyan rebels as the legitimate representator of libya then this recognition is considered as de facto or de jure recognition??

Its de facto not de jure. coz the rebels still need legislation even though recognized by some Western states.

3. Recognition as a rebel. This recognition is given to a group of rebels who were conducting a rebellion against his own government in a country. By providing this recognition, it does not mean the country which recognizes that siding with the rebels. The rationale of this recognition is purely humanitarian considerations. As is known, the insurgents typically make a revolt because the fight for political beliefs that differ from the government’s political beliefs that were in power. Therefore, they actually are not ordinary criminals. And that was the intent of this recognition, that is for the rebels are not treated the same as ordinary criminals. However, this recognition did not prevent authorities (government) is legitimate to quell the rebellion.
4. Recognition beligerensi. This recognition is similar to recognition as a rebel. However, the nature of this recognition is more powerful than recognition as a rebel. This recognition is given when the rebels had been so strong that as if there are two governments that are fighting. The consequence of granting this recognition, among others, beligeren can enter the port state that recognizes, can float a loan, etc..

For a span of time the new government will be rocgnized as a de facto.if the government of libya under new administration fulfills the duties pertaining to law and order situation along with normal relationships with the citizens and stabilize itself, it will soon be rocognized as de jure. It depends upon the capability of the new administration as to whether it will promt the international community to regard it de jure or not.
