Dr. H.O Agarwal's book coversnearly whole the syllabus but important cases decided by permanent court of justice are not present in it.

Paper will be general so read everything which comes across you regarding international law. majeed book depots book is good. It is a guide actually. easier to understand.
Separate books for cases are also available.
