I think memorization is enough plus you may mention views of different jurists. that's more than enough...;)

1.state and discuss various steps by starke in creation of legal obligation by a treaty.
2.coercion against treaty renders treaty invalid.discuss main features of principles.also elaborate two oter modes of rendering invalid the consent of state to be bound by trety.
