Default DUAL NATIONALITY , most expected in CSS 2013

AOA
There is a great chance that question regarding dual nationality will be asked in CSS 2013.
Let's prepare this question in ESP in context of Pakistan?

Default

We should start with the definition of NATIONALITY.
According to Oppenheim it's the status of an individual belonging to a particular state.

Starke defines nationality as
"the status of membership of collectivity of individuals, whose acts ,decisions, and policy are vouchsafed through the legal conception of the state representing them.

Dual nationality is a state where an individual has the nationality of two states.

The ways of acquiring dual nationality are
1) BIRTH
2) NATURALIZATION
3)MARRIAGE of wife with husband of other nationality
4) DESCENT
.......

Anyone who can continue from here ,we will prepare this question for maximum marks.

Next steps are the international conventions regarding dual nationality and conflict of nationality.............
