Besides that you should have the following:
•International Law by Tandon and SK Kapoor.
•International Law G J Stark.

Yes, I would second Durrani as Jahengir series suits those who are at home in international law who just required an eye bird view for the same. You must study S. K.kapoor book or Agarwal book on international law. Both are commendable and will give you a learned insight. Both have leading cases also in some specific issues at the end. Also has UNO charter in original .

International Law by Agrawal covers 75% of course. The rest can be covered from Starke.

Ideally speaking ,Its not a scoring subject ,How much you score depends on your interest and preparation ,bla bla bla
Now practically speaking .It is a scoring subject .It is most probably clear from previous results .Yes it is a bit technical subject but some hard work(Which you will have to do for almost every subject :)) can fetch you +75 .
Another thing ,it is a one book subject .Means you can cover it from a single book .This a very rare feature of a subject now a days.
