Default Intl. Law or Statistics?

Dear fellows, Confused between Statistics and Intl. Law, I have to start both form the scratch for Css-2015. Your kind suggestions needed, keeping in mind the time left.

International Law is simple, theoretical, short and high scoring subject while statistic is a practical subject, you will cover it but need more time therefore IL is better than statistic
