Dear Abid Khan,

Help me out in answering this question. I cannot find its definite and logical answer. The question seems very tricky and no one has yet answered it properly.

Q.NO.5 "The case law of the international court of justice and the practice of United Nations show that while the principle of self-determination is agreed upon, neither the scope of its application nor the method of decolonisation has been settled" Discuss

According to my knowledge this question is about the self-determination which is agreed by UN constitution, and second thing that in decisions of ICJ, court doesn't follow rule of self determination but rule of might is right is followed.
