i have few Question and need answers in detail, i have found answers from my books but not in detail, i want just detail and proper answers of my question please help me out i have my test next month and i want to clear it ... thanks !!


[B]Q[/B]: Define and Distinguish between territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction of courts.

[B]Q[/B]: give the distinctive features of Revision and Review.

[B]Q[/B]: what is the difference between rejection of the plaint and return of the plaint?

territorial jurisdiction refers to the place where the subject matter or the property is situate where as the pecuniary jurisdiction refers to the valuation of the property.
Difference b/w review and revision is given u/s 114 and 115 resp.
rejection of plaint means rejection on merits and u/o 7 r 11 cpc where as the return means that the plaint has some technical mistakes for which it was returned.
