F.I.R under 189/14 kia hai?

Konsa jurm or kia punishment hy?

Its an offense propounded in PPC " Threat of Injury to Public Servant".

Punishment: 2 years or with fine or with both.

sorry but question was not asked about the section of Pakisan penal code actually it was asked that what is FIR under 189/14, being a law graduate it is my duty to correct you that it not section rather than FIR Number which register ed in 2014 ( 189/14 it is mean that such crime is registered with such number and year)

As stated by Agha Awais Ahmed Khan it is F.I.R No not the section of PPC. 189 is the the serial number of F.I.R which is started from 1 during start of each year of each police station. For example on 1st January 2014 at 120 A.M the first registered F.I.R will be having No. 01/14 and the serial goes on through out the year.
