Please guide which is the best book that prepares a student for Mercantile Law Paper which is set in the year 2016?

Best books to prepare Mercantile Law are:
1-Mercantile and Industrial Laws by Khuwaja Amjad Saeed
2- Mercantile Law by M.C Shukla

Is there any book of mercantile law by jahangir publishers which may cover the newly added topics?

If Jahangir publishers have any books of Mercantile Law.. It'll be not as good as above two books..

You should consult these Two books:
1- Mercantile Law by Khuwaja Amjad Saeed
2- Mercantile Law By MC Shukla (It contains cases)

Mercantile Law by H H Khan of Advanced Publishers and Mercantile Law by Khalid Mehmood Cheema are best
