Previous Syllabus Relevance with 2016 Syllabus
Please guide.
I don't know what was the previous syllabus for Mercantile Law until it was changed for the 2016 aspirants. Does that mean that the past year papers are redundant? |

I dont think you can dismiss past papers as wholly redundant. Although, I would like a senior's opinionon this matter, in my view , there has only been an insignificant change in the syllabus and you can work your way around it and use the past papers. Insurance law is no more in the new syllabus so any question regarding that should be ignored and there has been some additions of new laws and acts, for which there are no questions in the past papers.
