Write to-the-point. Filling sheets and sheets will not help here as it is Law. Try to reproduce similar language as used in Bare Acts and avoid splitting the answer into more points than required.

Mine was 1.5 days of preparation with commerce background as well. I think I got lucky because whatever I studied the day before exam was asked expect Arbitration .. for which I wrote only a few lines.

Did you also mention section number of relevant acts while answering?

I studied bare laws and downloaded some short slides from the internet. I focussed on frequently asked questions.
