Default Book By M.C. Kuchhal
I have been covering the syllabus from the aforementioned book. But there seems to be details regarding, almost all of the topics, that go beyond 1947. For example, in Void agreements, most of the details have been amended in Indian Contract Act 1996.
Can anyone guide me whether to follow this book or not? And what details should be regarded unfit? As far as the complexity of this book is concerned, I am able to comprehend it well enough.

just follow khalid mehmood cheema book of b.com business law.... and remaining ordinance acts available on internet

MBA finance...
should i opt mercantile law? i have been through the syllabus of mercantile law and found it very difficult due to the different number of acts. the syllabus is quite extensive as compared to other law papers i.e muslim law.
i am now confused whether to go for muslim law or mercantile law? please help me out.
