The syllabus of Mercantile Law is already short............ Why you want to further shorten it???? And I have had this subject in my 3 attempts.... You are making a mistake for going after short notes in this particular subject.... Because mercantile law is a strict subject like math,, believe me.,,, the question of mercantile law is not like the one in social sciences discipline.. For instance if you are asked to define contract then you cannot boongi there,,,, Bongi ni Mar sakty ap, asan urdu me.. Sawal ata hy to theek ni to double zero milta hy is subject me,, just like math.
