With bit bakground of M.L should i go for it?
i have studied mercantile law in 2 of my semesters in BBA n MBA ?? so does that provide the enough bakground to go for it ??? if yes plz recommend me some buks as im still skeptic of its books after going through the forum ...wud really appreciate ur help Srz !

Yes one should go for it, its a good scoring subject if you prepare it well. In my opinion the book by kuchin plus companies ordinance 1984 will do the job for you. Regards, |
go for M.L but keep in mind that it can be tricky in css.(one needs to cram a lot in this subject)
prepare M.L by keeping in focus these three areas 1.Case study based preparation. 2.theorteical question and answer based preparation. 3.MCQz based preparation may GOD ALMIGHTY showers upon you 80+ marks from this subject:) |

It is a scoring subject and you have enough background for it you should study the books which u studied in the past n plus MC Khuchal. Try to study limited and precise books and study various times rather than studying many books in one time. |
