Default difference b/w Business and corporate law
These are two different subjects business law describes the law for doing business, it involves contracts and dealings of business.It describes that how a contract can be made and its laws regarding rights of parties involved etc.

whereas corporate or company law is actually all about a company,its formation, its working like meetings, directors and listing on stock exchange and about its shares etccccc.

Therefore, these are the two different subject of commerce.

You mention corporate and company law in same meaning? can u differentiate????
