Default FPSC Recommended Books for Muslim Law

I have a question for the senior members who have attempted Muslim Law paper in previous CSS exams.
None of the books frequently recommended in CSSforums (DF Mulla, Nishi Prohat, Fayzee) are included in FPSC recommended list of books. Why is it so?
