Muslim Law and Jurisprudence
By Attir Raza Printed By Jahangir World Times |
Muhammaden Jurisprudence by Sir Abdul Raheem & Muhammaden Law by D.F Mulla are the best books.
|
DF Mulla is too technical and extremely boring. Aatir Rizvi - short and (over?)simple - makes a good combination with Abdur Rahim - detailed but interesting.
If you're a fan of Law, however, go for Aatir Rizvi and Mulla instead of Abdur Rahim. I personally have greater interest in Jurisprudence, so I prefer the former scheme to the latter Disclaimer: I am preparing the subject right now but no expert by any means |
Aatir Rizvi's book is a great place to start Muslim Law. Read other books for specific details about topics later
