1. Muslim law
2. Geology
3. History of pak &India

Though I am not senior, I will reply your query.
Geology and History of Indo-Pak have vast syllabus. Moreover, Geology is a technical subject. Muslim Law seems reasonable to me as its course is short comparatively to other two subjects.

International Law is better as it is scoring. However, the final decision depends on your aptitude and education background.
