Question Help Needed Muslim Law And Jurisprudence

ASALAMOALAIKUM
seniors please suggest that muslim law is easy subject or not?and wether it is scoring or not?
do suggest some good books relevant to muslim law and jurisprudence......please reply

The respective subject is quite an easy and understandable one,anyone who has not remained the student of law,even he can get it easily.

The recommended books are:
for Muslim Law: by D.F Mullah and

for Muslim Jurisprudence: by Abdur Rahim are complete books for proper preparation.

if you want to study more,let me know, i will then suggest you few other.

As far as Islamic law and jurisprudence is concerned the best help i got is from these two books written by Imran Ahsan

Default Muslim Law help needed.

I am also at the point of selection of optional subjects and thinking to take Muslim Law. What do you think how much time does it take for prep? like 2 weeks. As far as I head on Public Administration they say it takes like 10 days and one is done with this.

Please also recommend me the books if I have to get just 1 book.

I have downloaded the books but unfortunately the jurispeudence part is pretty lengthy...

how do you suggest to cover the book?
shall i prepare rather selection and picking certain parts or?

Dear it depands upon the time if u have enough time u can go for the maximum.if time is short u must be selective,however from the exam piont of view DO NOT MISS the fallowing topics.

1.Primary and secondary sources of islamic law....Quran,Tradition,Ijma,Ijtehad,Qiyas,Istehsan ,Istidlal,custom and usages,Taqlid.
2.The topics as already discussed in the notes.
3.Sources of revenue of islamic state ?
3.legal capacity,factors affecting and defective legal capacity ?
4.Concept of islamic state ?
5.Who is Imam?his qualifications power and duties?
6.Who is qazi\judge ? his qualifications\appointment powers and jurisdiction etc
7.Acts,rights,obligations.
8.law of necessity?
9.Concept of Mohallil?
10.Rules of interpretation of islamic law?
11.Sunni schools of jurisprudence ...Hanafi...Malikis...Shafis...Hambalis.
12.Influnce of Roman juruisprudence on islamic jurisprudence?
13-Kinds of contracts its essentials? kind of torts and its remedies.
