bigamous marriage is allowed under the classical Islamic Law. A Muslim male can have four wives at a time. So for male bigamy is allowed. The Muslim family law ordinance 1961, on the other hand doesn't allow bigamy without the consent of wife and the decision of Arbitrary council.
