Question torts

can anyone help me in this question n tell me something about it?


give certain examples of torts (jinyat) and the remidies provided therefor ?

also, should we attempt it with reference to islamic law ?

Tort in Islamic law.......There is also english law of Torts.
Tort is an infringement of a private or civil right belonging to an individual and its remedy is Compensation.
it pertain to an individuals right and include right to reputation, right to bodily safety, freedom property etc.
The subject matter of Tort is private right and not a public right.
Kind are.
with refrence to property
with refrence to man's right to freedom
Remedies.
Judicial and extra judicial
Judicial> Qisas, compensation
Extra judicial> Abatement of private nusinace, Distress Qurqi.
