Nishi purohit's book is round about Rs. 300 while A.A.Fayzee's book price is Rs.775

I am not sure about that but there can be minor variation in case of A.A.Fayzee's book.

how would you compare these books with muslim law by F.D Mulla and Muslim jurisprudence by Sir Abdur Rahim as far as preparation is concerned?

As far as Sir Abdul Rahim's book is concerned, its easy book for the beginners.You can start from this book as its language is really easy then move towards F.D.Mullah and Fayzee's book.While Nishi Prohoit's book is the best book among all.
