Default Philosophy ! Should I opt if for 2020?
Seniors I really need your assistance here. Please tell me about this subject its scoring trend n how to prepare it well. Please its my humble request. I am civil Engineer. So Every subject here is new for me and I have to start from scratch .

If you don't have any personal interest in it then don't go for it.
The syllabus is for this subject is short enough and you will find enough material on the Internet.
It's best to take a look at the syllabus and search up some of them, then judge if you can study them easily.

i have a lot of interest and I wanted to go for this in 2019, but was advised to do Int law instead. That was so bad. Can anyone share any guidance
