Default Review on philosophy for CSS by syed Turab kirmani

Dear seniors and members,

Please provide your review on the book philosophy for CSS by turab kirmani and usamah safdar -JWT. Will it be enough to cover the syllabus? If not then what additional books should one consult?
Also, those senior members who took philosophy as an optional, kindly share your experience. How is it as a subject? Is it difficult to cover? Scoring or not? Would you recommend opting it or not? How much time is required to cover it?
