well, thanks dear , i attended him and found him very good teacher. Though, philosophy is a difficult subject but he made it easy and intersting for us. People who are thinking to opt the subject must consult the sir, i hope they will find the philosophy and sir mian waqas as a new horizons of knowledge,learning and wisdom..last but not least he is an ultimate source of learning, inspiration and motivation .......

Is he a lecturer at GC University? Where does he teach? What is PSC? And does he teach only logic portion or also the History portion of philosophy? Kindly reply to my queries.

Yes! he teaches both portions, Logic (Paper-I) as well as Western and Muslim Philosophy (Paper-II).

i googled it but couldn't find any place with this name. moreover i would also like to know his fee and your experience of this subject if you have given its attempt

Mr. Salman Rehman (0335-4134177), a PU Philosophy graduate could also be consulted for CSS/PMS Philosophy preparation. He takes classes at The LIMIT institute Lahore as well.
