Well you have chosen very goood subjects.
I can help you in all except Business AD.At any cost you may should continue preparing compulsories. EDS is very much easy subject and dont go for cramming the material rather develop concepts and understand the logic behind the sciences. you need to give more attention to Objective part as EDS paper of 2009 was tough on both sides. Study books of objective and subjective side by side.
In css it is the start that is difficult once u develop your routine then rest is smooth.
Divide your time and give equal time to all your subjects. study topic and issue wise. u can have your own time table which must be flexible. Dont study long hours in the start. Make your pace gradually. You need to give special emphasis on English. Read newspaper thoroughly and improve writing structure and vocabulary. Use Oxford Advance Learner Dictionary. start reading Idioms, vocabulary and pairs regularly.

Simultaneously read Islamiat, Pakistan Affairs, EDS, CA. After 2 months shift focus on Optional.
contact me at xxxx-xxxxxxx if want some more detail in smart study method .
take care Allah Hafiz

@ saqib

because i have chosen business administration, thats my field, and one cant choose public n business administration simultaneously.

@ shoaib

Thanks for explaining in a methodical way. well i dont get it how can one go through a whole Dawn news paper everyday as people recommend it for Current Affairs? and moreover i dont find anything in EDS except cramming stuff as u have to remember all those distances and names and classifications of various things which dont involve much concept.

is good vocabulary a must or one can do well if he has good grip on grammatical aspect of english?

Read Dawn First Page Very carefully and important news which are related to hot issues; both Dynamic and static. Then read back page for important national and international news. The most important page is editorial page read articles of important writer and on important issues. Remember one thing you cant do it in a day or in a month. It's a process and you need to develop your pace gradually.
If you are good in cramming you can do it. I never go for it. I memorize things and there are some methods of it. Read things care fully time and again and you will feel that you know them. hope it will help you

There are some Most important topics and some important topics and some supportive topics now I think if you read newspaper you must know which topic is important and which one is not. Supportive topics may help you in examination if there is some odd question, as you have to prepare for the worst. I mentioned these topics just to make you people realize that be in a limit. you people need to highlight 25-30 potential questions for each subject.
