In order to evolve into this efficient state of existence for managing personal daily tasks ( like personal projects, family matters, relationship issues, career concerns, academic performance, and leisure tasks etc) and to reach the desired intentions of daily life, a person needs to stick to a specific strategy comprising of nine key steps. Each of these key steps if you bring in action properly will put you on the track of efficiency - during daily life - and make you able to reap the rewards easily. These key steps include;

1. Presence (experience)

Both physical and mental presence are the basics. In order to support and to enjoy your experience choosing comfortable locale, avoiding multitasking, and avoiding distractions are sub-keys here. Which advance you to efficiency. As, friendly environment makes you able to make the most out of your intended effort. Likewise, doing one thing at a time gives you control over what you intend to accomplish. And, avoiding distractions purifies your focus along with clarity of mind on the intended effort for which you put forward yourself.

2. Perceptivity (awareness)
----------------------------------------------
Successful endeavors need prior awareness about the concerned tasks before working on them. Like,

a) Knowing the reason of work on a task is critical. Yet, a positive reason will always fetch you resultant inner peace and a negative reason will always do the opposite - in reality. So have a positive mindset for completing tasks with good reasons always.

b) To get through the way of a task abiding by its rules is crucial. Everything has its own rules. Also your own ways of doing things can set new rules for these things. Plus there are always chances to learn something new which help establishing additional rules for things.

c) Understanding the journey that how you would get through the way of a task is vital. However if you need some help/guidance, taking it from others enhance efficiency. In case of a team, group work does earn more benefits with less effort per individual.

To manage your daily life efficiently, always complete your tasks on the basis of importance. Doing what matters the most should be the top priority. Also, dividing big tasks into sub-tasks gives you relaxation. Moreover, an early start relieves the stress of task completion. Keeping in view all these things, mapping your day for what your to-do list contains is a great habit. Many things need to be done daily. So availing mastery over them consume your energy less, and you cultivate and establish excellent habits in your character.

4. Passion (interest)
----------------------------------
To do what interests you more - helps you practice a closer experience, makes you able to see opportunities for growth, and satisfies your ego. However skip the fear the failure, stop being a perfectionist and strive for the best. This sort of passion will make your presence more healthy, your experience more efficient, and make you reach your intentions more smoothly.

5. Pacifism (harmony)
