Yes definitely one can prepare without the slightest tuition from a teacher. I prepared it myself and got 140 marks. If you analyze the pattern of the paper and the demand of the the examiner , you would get to know that least help is needed from some teacher. The composition of the paper is in such a way that one can prepare it on ones own. Rather I would say going to a teacher for its tuition would cost an aspirant money and waste of time. The way the teachers start imparting knowledge about grammar and all the stuff takes a lot of time and results in less benefit. And if one hS to prepare it for 2013 attempt , then I would be totally fatal to join some academy or some teacher. It is my opinion based on my own experience. Anyone can have different opinion or experience.

OK what would you suggest about attempting the remaining questions of both paper a n b i mean either in English or Urdu?

They should be attempted in English. I attempted in English and it was convenient for me.
