Default Method of Attempting Arabic Paper?

I am really curious about the method of attempting Arabic paper...I have few questions and writing them below in points.

1. In which language we should attempt the paper?

2. How much we should grasp a grip on Arabic grammar and vocabulary to achieve at least 150?

3. Study Pattern... I mean Selective or thoroughly?

All Seniors are requested to answer these queries in the best possible way.

Regards,

Except compulsory questions in Arabic and where there is compulsion, one is allowed to attempt paper whether in Urdu or English.

You should be familiar with the basics so that you may be able to add any line yourself if you forget the actual answers.

It's always safe to study thoroughly especially for the subjects which are somewhat new for us.Don't take risk and prepare the whole syllabus.
