Let us know what is your position in Arabic. Arabic notes of Hafiz sahib contains all important segments of paper. One should start from them. They are available at Photocopy shop of PU hostel, Lahore.

aslam oa likum sir . iwant to know k ager mien arabic ka paper in english attempt kroon but poetry section ki translation in urdu kroon to is se koi fark to nai parta >???

W.Salam
In arabic you can do so by translating the poetry in Urdu and rest in English except where the question demands the answer only in Arabic.

Aspirants opting Arabic may consult these sources for good preparation:
  • Hafiz Arshad's Notes
  • Recent book for CSS Arabic published by JBD Publishers authored by Professor Inam of Islamic University
  • Arabic optional book prescribed by Punjab University for B.A. (This is beneficial in understanding basic Arabic grammar)

Aspirants may also consult Ahmad Hassan Ziat's book; Tarkih-e-adab-e Arabi for reference to some historical event, personality etc. However, above three sources seem to be more than enough!
