To prepare Arabic in Urdu you'll find host of books
1. Arbi Adab ki Tareekh by Muhammad Hashim (Sang e Meel Publications)
2. Tareekh Adab Arbi by Hassan Ziyyat
2. Maqallat by F.I Malik

I prepared and attempted it in Urdu in 2013.
I've also collected Arabic notes in Urdu.

WA ALAIKUMUS SALAM!

I think you can translate the text into Urdu. Also purchase Hafiz Arshad's notes available in Urdu/English. A very handy reference book; Tarikh e adab e arabi by Ahmad Hassan Ziat is also available in Urdu. You may also consult this. You may make some notes/short points by using all these sources.
