With the grace of Almighty, I stood 30th in Pakistan and 3rd in KPK.

@Isha Saeed:
I have studied Ahmad Ziyat Book which was in Urdu to make idea clear regarding history of Arabs. Beside this, Hafiz Arshad`s notes are also good but u should have to add points in it and should elborate it.
It is suggested by looking at the new trend of Arabic that one must have atleast some basic knowledge of Arabic Grammer and language. It will help you in answering Short Q`s , MCQ and Short Essay.
Rest be Almighty with you.

Please itterate your total time you given to Arabic. And what was your strategy? How do you feel about this subject? And how should a Engineer start preparing about Arabic?

@Behzad Hussain:
Sorry for late reply as i was abit busy in my office.
The total time allocated to Arabic was a month only as I was as new to Arabic as one is. The English portion is easy and can be grabbed in 15 days.
So for the poetry, u must do hard work as it is cramming only. The tip for poetry is that try to remember one word of Arabic with Urdu meaning which may help u to recall the whole translation of the given verse or ode.
Secondly, since u have time so try to learn the basic of Arabic grammer and it will help u alot in answering Short Q`s.
I have attempted poetry section in Urdu and the rest paper was attempted in English.
Dont be afraid from Arabic and just be confident.

Mansoor bhai did you take classes from any teacher regarding Arabic grammar? And can you please provide any contact details of your in your profile? It will be extremely helpful, because i need little consultation about App Maths too
