It might be risky because some confusion in new rules.
But many senior members say its safe.
If you have interest and some background then go through Arabic.

In the absence of grip on the arabic language, opting Arabic would be very risky.

Both Possibilities are there: either to attempt totally in Arabic or or to retain 2014 pattern. Tassawur Sir is right that it is a risky option now if one has no such command over Arabic language.

Default Arabic Paper in Arabic?

I do not think so there is anything in rules w0which says that paper will have to be solved in Arabic. If you guys know, please quote the FPSC rules here so that all can benefit.
