Guidance needed regarding making notes

Hi....i have three questions. i would appreciate if the senior could help me out.

1. I was studying the Chapter of Maps and preparing the notes. I am using De Blij and Comprehensive Geography by Jehangir Sanpal. The map projections in both these books are different. Can the seniors please guide me as to how can i combine the books to make my notes.
2. My second question is that the De Blij book is not synchronized with the css syllabus as it was not written as a textbook for the css exams. Can the seniors please help mark the relevant chapters of the book for both Paper 1 and 2.
3. My final question is also related to the second question. While the Jehangir Sanpal book is written according to the css syllabus De Blij is not. Seniors recommend the De Blij book. But how can i properly utilize it and make the notes. jaisay kay agar insolation kay notes bananay hein to kya mein glossary say check karun? i am really really confused....Please help me out

Bro I am in the same dilemma :(
i have also opted Geogrpahy as optional and studying it very first time.
strategy that i am following though it is not regular (try to study regular bt gap aa he jata hy :( )
1.as i have less time so what i do, just got 3 books for Geo-I A.Strahler,Das Gupta & Jahangeer senpal for the final touch.
2.what i do just look for the question study it first from the J.Sanpal then study it further from two other books for comprehensive study :) . thats the method i follow but yar mri speed bohat slow hy :(
ap ye method try kro or rest depends on you
right now i am in phase - 1 of my studies means that in this, i have to finish two courses in a month jesa k abhe i am studying Geo-I & EDS coz of their resemblance to each other .
3.rest choice is yours, aur haan i thnk seniors are busy in their studies , i also not got any replies from them :(
and yet i remember one quotation from Einstein:

"I thanks all those who said NO to me, its because of them i did it myself" just believe in urself and always try to have the feeling that u can do it....
Common Man ! We Can do it.
